In many cases we lead the project from start to finish — programming, interior design support, specification, procurement, and execution. We begin by evaluating how people actually work: reviewing roles, activities, adjacencies, space allocations, privacy concerns, ergonomic considerations, neurodiversity, and real furniture systems requirements, then aligning power and data infrastructure to support them. Together, we explore how best to provide multiple types of work zones, knowing different people do their best thinking in different settings, or in several. Working directly with clients, we often develop space plans in real time through live, screen-based sessions, so teams can review layouts, test scenarios, and decide together as the plan takes shape.
When an architect or interior design firm is leading, we become part of their team. They own the design and the client relationship; we bring furniture, ergonomic, and systems expertise, take work off their plate, validate decisions in the real world, and carry the specification, procurement, and installation — always executing to their vision.
And when a general contractor holds the project, we work as their subcontractor on defined scopes — modular walls, flooring, air purification, and the furniture when it falls in their contract — delivering our part reliably and on the builder’s schedule.
